This is an invitation to come home to yourself.

In Pilates, finding space means lengthening the spine, decompressing the joints, and finding mental clarity. It is where you return to your body, your breath, and your awareness - free from pressure, noise, and performance.

We built a studio around that idea. A room designed to give back more than it asks for. Movement here is not about changing yourself. It is about coming back into alignment with yourself.

Our Classes

01  -  Mat Pilates

Space CLASSIC

The foundation. Classical mat Pilates built on breath, center, and control. Every movement has a reason. Master the foundation, and everything else gets easier.

02  -  Strength

Space FORM

Pilates-informed strength with dumbbells, rings, and bands. Slower, heavier, and built to last. Strength is not the opposite of ease - it is what makes ease possible.

03  -  Strength & Rhythm

Space SCULPT

Strength set to a beat. The same Pilates-informed work as Form - dumbbells, bands, bodyweight - but moved to the music. Faster, more continuous, and built to prove that precision can keep up with the rhythm.

04  -  Restore

Space FLOW

Yoga, built to restore. Where Classic, Sculpt, and Form build capacity, Flow gives it back - mobility, breath, and release given the room they don't get anywhere else in the week. Nothing to prove. Just space to land.

Never done Pilates?
Good.

That is most of the people who walk in. You do not need experience, a certain kind of body, or any idea what you are doing. You just need to show up.

Tell whoever greets you that it is your first time. You will get a short walk-through, the instructor will keep an eye on you, and you can stop or modify at any point - without a word from anyone.

That is not a policy. That is the whole point.

Questions we hear a lot.

No. Most people who walk in have never done Pilates before. Every class is designed to be accessible - instructors cue modifications throughout, and you can always rest or adjust at any point without a word from anyone. Just tell us it is your first time and we will take care of the rest.

Space Classic is classical mat Pilates - the foundation of everything. Space Sculpt is rhythm-driven strength set to music. Space Form is the slower, heavier strength session, programmed for durable results. Space Flow is restorative yoga - mobility, breath, and release. All four complement each other, and most members rotate through all of them.

Comfortable clothes you can move in - nothing too loose. Grippy socks are ideal (we sell them if you need a pair). Mats and all equipment are provided. Arrive ten minutes early for your first class so we can get you set up.

Founding memberships are for people who join before we open. You lock in $50/month less than the standard rate - permanently - as long as you stay a member. No payment is collected now. Yes - Pilates is one of the best disciplines you can start with no prior experience. It builds core strength, improves posture, and increases body awareness in a low-impact way. At Space, every class includes beginner-friendly modifications and our instructors are trained to meet you exactly where you are.

Most people notice a difference within 2-3 classes. For meaningful, lasting results, 2-4 sessions per week is the sweet spot. Because Space offers four distinct formats, it is easy to show up frequently without your body - or your mind - getting bored.

Pilates is primarily a strength and alignment practice focused on controlled movement, core stability, and muscular balance. Yoga emphasizes flexibility, breathwork, and mindfulness. Space Flow - our restorative yoga class - bridges the two, so you can get both without joining two different studios.

Full pricing and class pack options will be announced before we open in September 2026. Founding members will always have priority scheduling and the lowest rate. Join the list to be first to know when booking goes live.
