Questions

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. Most people who walk in have never done Pilates. Instructors cue modifications throughout, and you can rest or adjust at any point.

Is this reformer Pilates?

No. Space is a mat studio. Space Pilates is classical mat Pilates with light props, and many classical exercises are harder on the mat because no springs assist you.

How is Space Pilates different from Space Sculpt?

Space Pilates is slower and precise, built on the classical mat repertoire with light props. Space Sculpt is continuous and set to music, with dumbbells and bands.

What should I bring?

Grippy socks are required (they are sold at the studio). Bring water and wear something you can move in; everything else is provided.
