Most Pilates studios in Oviedo are reformer-based. If you want classical mat Pilates, strength training and restorative yoga under one membership, Space Pilates + Wellness Society is about 20 minutes north on SR 417 in Historic Downtown Sanford.
What Oviedo members get at Space
- Mat Pilates done properly. Space Pilates is the classical mat repertoire with light props. Many of those exercises are harder on the mat because no springs assist you. See mat vs reformer Pilates.
- Strength and yoga in the same membership: Space Strength, Space Sculpt and Space Yoga.
- Small classes, capped at 15, led by certified instructors.
- Month to month: no long-term contract, and drop-ins are $29.
